If you are new to HemPC, there are some basic interface concepts and instructions you need to be aware of. This and the following few sections will provide a detailed description of the many HemPC features and controls. If you are new to HemPC, there are some basic interface concepts and instructions you need to be aware of. This and the following few sections will provide a detailed description of the many HemPC features and controls. If you already know how to use HemPC then you can skip forward to the section Before You Start Adding Content.
Login Screen
You'll want to be connected to the internet anytime you launch HemPC. Each time HemPC launches, it will check with the server and notify you of updates available for itself and it's plugins. You should always allow updates to be downloaded as there are sometimes 'compatibility' issues between different versions of different plugins.
When HemPC starts, be sure an enter in your correct User Email Address and Password. The server to logon to should be 'www.altuit.com' (no quotes) unless you are using an Enterprise Hemingway server.
Click the Login button to advance to the main interface.
