Updated: 12/8/2004 LEGISLATIVE AFFAIRS COMMITTEE CHARGES 1. Promote legislative activities that enhance the utilization and practice of Physician Assistants in Texas. 2. Provide timely information to Physician Assistants on legislative issues affecting PA practice in Texas. 3. Provide representation and expertise on legislative issues that affect PA practice. 4. Promote collaborative relationships with groups and organizations important to the success of TAPA legislative interest. 5. Coordinate the TAPA Legislative Workshop 6.
