TAPA AWARDS 2005
Nominations for:
* PA of the Year
Exemplary service to the profession and community,
furthering the image of physician assistants in the state of Texas.
* Physician Assistant Educator of the Year
Contributions to the profession by excelling as a PA student educator.
* Supervising Physician of the Year
Outstanding collaboration with a PA enabling both physician and PA to
provide the highest quality of service tot their patients.
Nominations may be made by colleagues, coworkers, patients, or through self-nomination. The nominator completes the TAPA Awards Nomination Form and ensures completion and submission of the requested materials. The process is simple and straightforward-so don't delay; get your nominations in today! The deadline for submitting nominations and all supporting material is January 10, 2005.
*To be eligible to receive an award you must be a current TAPA member in good standing, and you may not currently serve on the TAPA awards committee or TAPA board of directors.
