Equine Angels Special Therapy Center was founded by the mother of a child born with cerebral palsy who is non-ambulatory and non-verbal. This mother-son relationship will always protect the integrity of this one-of-a-kind therapy program.

At Equine Angels, we have adhered to our conviction that quality is more important than quantity.  This has helped us resist the temptation to grow too large too fast, and risk losing our original focus.  Our Center has chosen to remain small and very specialized over the past years, reserving our resources for those who present the greatest need for genuine physical therapy — those who are non-ambulatory and/or non-verbal.

Children born with severe physical disabilities (those who may never ambulate or otherwise function independently) have the greatest need for high quality therapy provided by licensed Physical or Occupational Therapists. However, they rarely receive the recommended amount needed during these formative years.
